Design
For many years we have been working closely alongside a number of the South West’s top designers and architects and, as a result, have established very strong working relationships.
In conjunction with our architectural associates we can offer you a full project management service from concept through planning advice, building regulations advice, structural design, fabrication and construction.
Computer modelling allows you to visualise your building throughout the process.
All of our timber buildings vary depending on individual requirements. In addition to our design service we also offer standard two, three or four bedroom housing options. Once you have reached a decision on your design, we can provide a shell only construction or a full build and construction service giving you full peace of mind.
Planning & building regulations
Payne Timber Solutions can offer you advice on planning and building regulations but it is the customer’s ultimate responsibility to ensure all relevant permissions are in place.
British standards
Where specified Payne Timber Solutions will build timber buildings to comply with BS6764 and BS3632.
