Payne Timber Solutions, based in Ipplepen, Newton Abbot is the recently established sister company of Payne Timber. For over thirteen years Payne Timber has been supplying quality timber products and structures to private customers, public bodies and commercial organisations. The company is run by Andy Halpin, Managing Director, Andy is a family man, father of three, who built up Payne Timber from one small timber yard in Ottery St Mary, to the current five branches covering the whole of the South West. For many years Andy has been working closely with architects and planners developing timber solutions for a wide range of building projects. The expertise and knowledge gained during this process, teamed with the increasing demand for timber buildings has led Andy to form Payne Timber Solutions.
Exclusive manufacture
All design work is carried out by Payne Timber Solutions. The building is then manufactured to exacting specifications and standards in the South West of England.
Recent investment in high precision manufacturing plant ensures efficient production. With no shipping to consider we can provide a fast turnaround on your building.

Ten-year warranty
Payne Timber Solutions build timber buildings to exacting standards that have been advanced over more than ten years. We therefore have every confidence in supplying you with a warranty that will guarantee the main structure for ten years following completion.
Maintenance
All buildings require some degree of maintenance to ensure their long-term performance. Timber buildings are no exception and can have an indefinite life span if they are treated properly. Depending on your location we recommend that you treat your building every four to five years to keep it in the best possible condition. However, we can advise you when this is necessary.
